Major Gen Intharat Yodbangtoey, President of the Thai Weightlifting Association, General Wisut Dechsakul, Secretary-General of the Thai Weightlifting Association, and Air Marshal Wattanachai Charoenrattanakorn, Committee and Technical Chairman of the Thai Weightlifting Association, paid a visit to the EGAT Youth and Junior National Weightlifting Championship. The championship, featuring young athletes aged 13-15, is taking place from October 10th to October 14th, 2023, at Sikhoraphumpisai School, Surin Province.

This prestigious event not only showcases the remarkable talents of Thailand's youth weightlifters but also serves as a platform for identifying future champions in the sport. Participants are competing at the national level, aiming for victory and recognition in their respective categories.

The EGAT Youth and Junior National Weightlifting Championship represents a significant step in developing young talent in the weightlifting community, providing a path for aspiring athletes to excel on a national and international stage.

Furthermore, the EGAT Weightlifting Championship, specifically designed for juniors, is scheduled to take place from October 15th to October 20th, 2023, at Sikhoraphumpisai School. This event aims to discover and celebrate outstanding youth weightlifters who will get the trophy bestowed by His Majesty the King.
