Thai Amateur Weightlifting Association (TAWA) Preparation for the 3rd EGAT King’s Cup & 14th Princess’ Cup which will be held during 15th – 24th September 2020 at Nakon Sawan, Thailand. This is the First Weightlifting championships in Thailand during pandemic situation. TAWA Follow Ministry of Public health Rule for Preparing for Everyone safe from COVID-19 All participants should continue keeping their distance from other people whenever possible and good hygiene at all times to prevent the virus spreading.
Nowadays,
it could not deny that health is the priority in our life and medical services
are very essential, especially in weightlifting sport. Thus, TAWA Executive
Board considered this is a matter, so the MOU
between TAWA
and Praram 9 Hospital has been planned for Thai athletes’ health in the future.
The Praram 9 Hospital, was
established by a group of professional and specialized physicians from all
medical spheres with the high quality standards. It has a Fix & Fit program
for sport
injury, also rehabilitation clinic which treat athletes specially and
supervised by the professional specialists. Furthermore, the Back to the Match Project
is suitable to all athletes from around the world. Also, it would be good
opportunity if the international athletes may join this project when they are
at the Bangkok training camp in the future. Specially, the Ice Lab -110 °C or Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC)
is the good way to recover athletes’ injuries, less stress and anti-aging.
This MOU has objectives of providing a range of reliable medical service, to revive and treat Thai national weightlifters In & Out competitions. The joint cooperation has main goal to help injured athletes “Back to the Match” as soon as possible with the unique program, so they could return to the competition faster in the natural way.
